Easy Returns
Simply follow these steps within 30 days of purchase:
- Pack it: Keep the original packaging your item was mailed in and use this to mail it back. Already tossed the box? Please place jewelry in a small box and enclose that in a padded envelope.
- Drop it off: Visit your local post office, UPS or FedEx store and mail your package to:

Austin, TX 78703 - Get your money back: We will return your funds, and may contact you to finalize the transaction. It will post to your account in 5–10 business days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
